  • Returns are not accepted under any circumstances

🔁 Exchange Policy (With Mandatory Unboxing Video)

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Size issue
  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered

⚠️ Unboxing Video is COMPULSORY for any exchange request.

📹 Unboxing Video Guidelines (Mandatory)

  • Unboxing video is compulsory for all exchange requests
  • Video must be clear, continuous, and unedited
  • Video must show sealed package, opening process, and product clearly
  • Exchange requests without unboxing video will be rejected

⏰ Exchange Request Window

  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be considered.

📦 Product Condition for Exchange

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
  • Sale and discounted items are exchangeable only, subject to stock availability

🏷 Sale / Discounted Items

  •Sale or discounted items are exchangeable only (subject to availability).

✂️ Customized / Stitched Outfits

  • Customized or stitched outfits are not eligible for return.

  • Exchange will be considered only in case of damage or wrong product delivery, with valid unboxing video proof.

📩 How to Raise an Exchange Request

Please email us at support@benikafashion.com within 48 hours with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for exchange

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Supporting images (if required)

Once approved, our support team will guide you through the exchange process.
